Case study

IsaDraulics overcame problematic personality clashes

IsaDraulics were wrestling with regular personality clashes, team frustration and flare ups. 

Managing the situation meant trying to ignore poor behaviour and get on with it. 

Instead of focusing on the business, the owner was spending a significant amount of valuable time calming tempers and working with individuals to prevent more clashes and resignations.

I sat down with Ryan and took the time to understand the challenges on a deeper level. We discovered that communication and a lack of understanding of how different people work were at the root of the problem.

We designed a tailored series of workshops to develop communication skills, uncover personality profiles and build a healthy team dynamic.

A few key team members also received additional 1 to 1 coaching for extra support.

Since completing their training, the IsaDraulics team work together as a team, communicate at a higher level and the personality clashes that defined them are now a thing of the past.
